Service Questions

How do I book an appointment?

If you are a new client, please call (310) 278-7565, we need to create a profile for you including personal information (credit card) that is best not sent through text or email.  If you are a returning client, please call or text (310) 278-7565 or email concierge@thibiantbeverlyhills.com
 

How do I know which Facial to book?

If you have Acne, please mention this at the tine of booking so that we can book you with our Acne Specialist.  If you do not have Acne, we will book you as a Traditional Facial and when you come in for your appointment, you can voice any concerns you have about your skin and the Esthetician will guide you to the best Facial for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to our cancellation policy, we require a current credit card on file for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid the minimum missed appointment fee. We do not accept same day reschedules or cancellations. The fee is the minimum price of the appointment booked (for example, the minimum missed appointment fee for a Facial is $140). This policy is out of respect for the time of our employees as well as other clients.
 

Can I have a Facial if I am using a prescription medication or had a medical procedure?

Please disclose all medications or recent procedures, over-the-counter or prescribed, at the time of booking or to your service provider before your treatment begins. We want to ensure a safe and beneficial treatment without compromising your skin due to any medications or procedures. Medications and procedures include, but are not limited to Accutane, Retin A, Fruit or Chemical Acids, Lasers, Fillers or Botox.

How do I know which product is right for me?

If you are unsure of which product to try, please call or text (310) 278-7565 and we will happily guide you to the best product for your skin concerns. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product, for any reason,  we accept returns within 15 days of purchase.  You may either mail it or drop it off to us:

Do you ship Internationally?

 We currently only ship within the United States.

Do you offer promotions or discounts?
