Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund*. To return merchandise:
- Use our online form by clicking here OR request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email by writing to info@ThibiantBeverlyHills.com. Please include your contact information (name as it appeared on the order, phone number, e-mail) and the reason why our product did not work for you.
- Please write the RA number on outside of box and include a copy of original packing list. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Apply proper postage (No CODs will be accepted) and mail to the following address:

We are not responsible for lost shipments and recommend using a carrier service that offers tracking or delivery confirmation capabilities such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing. Refunds* will be posted to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. An email confirmation of the credit will be sent to the email address on file once the return is processed.
*Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
